Plantation forests provide habitat for many rare species. A number of endangered or threatened species either live, feed or pass through TIMBERLANDS Limited managed forests.

TIMBERLANDS Limited follows NES-CF best practice guidelines to protect and ensure the protection of these rare species and in particular uses the NZFOA Threatened Species website to guide our approach.
